Saint James Place Full Home Restoration

Originally featured in Architectural Digest upon its construction in the 1990s, this distinctive A-shaped home fell into disrepair, lying abandoned for seven years until our client's purchase. Undertaking a comprehensive restoration and modernization effort, we revitalized the space, focusing on an expansive, open kitchen concept. We constructed a remarkable 50-foot custom LED faux skylight, to replace the leaky old skylight, that now illuminates the heart of the home. Additionally, we added a captivating skyroom, offering panoramic views of the sprawling acres extending to the picturesque Warner Park. This transformation seamlessly blends contemporary design with the timeless architectural charm of the original structure, ensuring its place as a modern masterpiece.
